Takabaazi (hereinafter referred to as "we", "the platform", or "the company") is an internationally licensed online betting and gaming platform. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") apply to the use of takabaazi's website and mobile application.

By using the site, you confirm that:

• You are eligible to participate in online betting in accordance with the laws applicable in your region.

Multiple Accounts Prohibited

Only one account is permitted per person. If the same individual opens multiple accounts, all accounts will be suspended and deposited funds may be forfeited.

Keep your account password confidential. Do not share it with anyone. takabaazi is not responsible for any unauthorized access to your account.

Minimum age to participate on takabaazi 18 years. Allowing minors to participate in betting is strictly prohibited and we monitor this rigorously.

After registration, takabaazi may ask you to submit any one of the following documents for identity verification (KYC) at any time:

• National ID Card (NID)
• Passport
• Driving Licence
• Birth Registration Certificate (for users aged 18–21)

Withdrawal options may be limited until KYC is complete. Verification is generally required before withdrawing amounts above BDT 5,000.

Depositing funds at takabaazi is completely secure. We accept deposits through Bangladesh's most popular mobile banking services.

• Deposited funds may only be used for betting purposes.
• No additional charges are applied on deposits.
• Deposits from third-party accounts will not be accepted.
• Takabaazi reserves the right to investigate any suspicious transactions.

Withdrawing your winnings is hassle-free — just make sure you follow a few guidelines.

Withdrawal Terms

• Minimum Withdrawal Amount: ৳500
• Maximum Daily Withdrawal: ৳2,00,000
• Processing Time: Typically 15–30 minutes (during banking hours)
• KYC verification must be completed on your account before you can make a withdrawal.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly; wagering requirements must be met first.

Once a withdrawal request has been processed, it cannot be cancelled. Withdrawals must be made to the same mobile banking number used for the original deposit.

Bet Acceptance

Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled. Please review the odds and market carefully before placing your bet.

If a match is cancelled or postponed

• If a match is cancelled, the full stake will be refunded.
• If a match is suspended after it has started, the outcome will be determined according to the applicable rules.
• In force majeure situations, takabaazi will make decisions at its sole discretion.

Minimum & Maximum Bet

Takabaazi reserves the right to adjust the maximum stake on any bet, particularly for high-value events.

Takabaazi offers a variety of bonuses and promotions, each with its own specific terms and conditions.

Welcome Bonus

New members can receive up to 100% bonus on their first deposit. To withdraw this bonus, the bonus amount must be wagered at least 8x must be wagered.

General Bonus Terms

• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn before they are converted into real money.
• Any active bonus must be completed before moving on to another bonus offer.
• Multiple bonuses cannot be claimed from the same IP address or device.
• If bonus abuse is proven, the bonus and any associated winnings will be forfeited.
• Each promotion has a set validity period; bonuses will be forfeited once the deadline has passed.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on takabaazi. Any violation will result in immediate account closure.

• Multiple Accounts: A single individual holding multiple accounts.
• Bonus Fraud: Using false information to claim bonuses.
• Money Laundering: Using the platform to launder illegal funds.
• Third-Party Funds: Betting using another person's account or funds.
• Hacking & Manipulation: Unauthorized access to the system or any attempt to manipulate it.
• Match Fixing: Any attempt to influence the outcome of a match.
• Arbitrage Betting: Taking risk-free profits through systematic arbitrage.

Takabaazi reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close any account under the following circumstances:

• If evidence of a terms violation is found.
• Failure to pass KYC verification.
• If suspicious or unusual betting patterns are detected.
• At the user's own request (self-exclusion).
• Accounts inactive for an extended period (more than 12 months).

Before closing an account, takabaazi will notify you via email or SMS. If you have a valid balance, you will be given the opportunity to withdraw it.

• Losses resulting from the user's own mistakes.
• Delays caused by technical issues on the part of third-party providers.
• Temporary service interruptions due to unexpected technical issues.
• Force majeure events (natural disasters, war, pandemics, etc.).

Takabaazi is committed to maintaining the highest standard of service. Our team is always on standby to resolve any technical issues as quickly as possible.

Takabaazi reserves the right to update or modify these terms and conditions, in part or in full, at any time. When changes are made:

• A notice will be posted on the website.
• You will be notified via your registered email or SMS.
• The updated terms will take effect from the date the changes are made.

Continued use of the site after any changes will be considered acceptance of the updated terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, you have the option to close your account.
